Edges wearing through, spine ends lightly chipped, and front cover just starting to crack off, though it is still well enough attached to be handled. Old ink notation on title page. Small ink stain on first few leaves. Foxing throughout, but text still easily legible. Light crumpling at bottom corner of pages 217-260. Otherwise, text unmarked and binding tight. Good condition considering the book's age.
