Blurb: The first of the states to begin documenting quilts and to put out a book, this comparatively thin book (as related to state books that follow) covers a nice variety of examples with quilt photos and the very welcome close-ups, maker histories and photos for some and interesting descriptions including measurements which I find very important in quilt study. Overall an informative and interesting look at the nearly 1,000 quilts brought in to the 12 Kentucky documentation days.
